Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will share return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
