Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Orders between ₹100–₹150: Standard shipping charges apply.
- Orders above ₹1,000: Free shipping across India.
Delivery Timeframes (Domestic) Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location, after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Courier Partners We ship through trusted logistics partners including Valmo, Delhivery, Bluedart, and other reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy We follow a no-return policy under normal circumstances. However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is expired
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
